The KPV Group website is owned and operated by KIM PHU VINH INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED (business registration number 3603875631, head office: Số 7 đường Nguyễn Du, KP Bình Thành, P. Trấn Biên, TP. Đồng Nai). By accessing or using the website, or submitting information through it, you agree to comply with the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. Scope

These terms apply to everyone who visits the website, including when viewing information on courses, course schedules, and study abroad, technical intern trainee and job programmes, and when submitting consultation request forms, reserving class seats, applying or taking quizzes. Enrolment and service contracts are governed by a separate contract between you and KPV; in the event of any discrepancy, the contract prevails.

2. Information on the website

• Tuition fees, programme costs, course schedules, remaining seats and admission requirements may change. Each page shows its date of update; the binding information is that set out in the contracts, receipts and acknowledgements issued by KPV.
• Information labelled “Sample data” is for layout illustration only and does not constitute a commitment.
• KPV does not guarantee visa approval, passing an interview, being recruited or departure abroad. Results depend on the learner’s application documents and abilities, and on the decisions of the authorities, schools and receiving organisations.
• Programmes delivered by partner organisations state the organisation’s name and licence number on the programme page. You should check the licence before making a decision.
• Pathway suggestions and career quiz results are for reference only.

3. Consultation requests and the information you provide

• You confirm that the information submitted through the form is accurate and is your own, or that the person concerned (for persons under 18: their parent/guardian) has consented to your providing it.
• The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Personal data protection policy. You will receive marketing messages only if you tick the box agreeing to receive them yourself (optional).
• Do not submit advertising content, malicious links or false information, or use automated tools to submit forms in bulk. KPV reserves the right to block submissions that breach these rules.

4. Payment and scam warning

• KPV collects fees only under a contract or a confirmed registration form, accompanied by a valid receipt/invoice.
• The account for receiving payments is held in the name of KIM PHU VINH INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH KIM PHÚ VINH INTERNATIONAL); the account number and bank are stated in the contract or enrolment form, or provided in writing by an adviser.
• KPV does not ask you to transfer money to personal accounts and does not collect “place reservation fees” via text messages. If anyone claiming to be a KPV employee makes such a request, please call the hotline 0866 214 579 or 0867 325 631 to verify before transferring any money.

5. Intellectual property

The logo, trade name, content, images and videos on the website belong to KPV or are used with permission. You may view them and share links for personal purposes; you may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without KPV’s written consent.

6. Third-party links and content

The website contains links to and embedded content from Zalo, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps and partner websites. KPV does not control and is not responsible for the content, services or policies of those websites.

7. Limitation of liability

• KPV strives to keep the website running smoothly and its information accurate, but does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free of technical errors.
• KPV is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the website without checking it against the contract/official advice, or from dealings with anyone impersonating KPV outside its official channels.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorised access to the administration area, vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service attacks or injecting malicious code.
• Automated collection (scraping) of website data for commercial purposes without permission.
• Impersonating KPV, or using KPV’s name or logo for advertising, student enrolment or recruitment.

9. Changes to the terms

KPV may update these terms; the version number and date of update are shown at the top of the page. Your continued use of the website after an update will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party has the right to bring the matter before a competent court in accordance with the law.
