How to verify

Applies to every overseas employment and technical intern trainee programme – including programmes not run by KPV.

    Ask for the licence number and the name of the licensed organisation

    The recruiting organisation must give you the number of its licence for sending workers to work abroad, or the name of the licensed organisation it works with.

    Check with the authorities

    Check the licence number on the portal of the state authority responsible for overseas employment.

  3. 3
    Insist on a contract that states all costs

    The contract must clearly state each cost item, your rights and obligations, and the refund conditions. Read it carefully before signing.

    Do not pay before signing a contract

    Do not transfer a deposit or pay to “hold a place” to anyone until you have a contract and a valid receipt.
