Who processes your data

Purposes
- Calling, messaging on Zalo or emailing you to advise on what you registered for: foreign languages, study abroad, technical intern trainee programmes, jobs, career guidance.
- Reserving class seats, placing you in a class, booking a level test, receiving registrations for programmes or events.
- Sending news about programmes and offers only if you separately tick the "receive information" box (optional).
Data collected
- Full name, phone/Zalo number; email, year of birth, needs, countries of interest, preferred call time – if you provide them.
- Technical information: the page the form was sent from, advertising source, device type, one-way hashed IP address (to prevent spam).
Retention period
24 months from the last contact, after which the data is deleted or anonymised. If you have enrolled or signed a contract, records are kept for the period required by law.
Sharing
KPV does not sell your data. Data is only passed to technical service providers (servers, email) and – when you consent for a specific programme – to the relevant school or recruitment partner.
Your rights
- To be informed; to consent, refuse or withdraw consent.
- To view and correct your data; to request a copy, deletion or restriction of processing; to object to processing.
- To complain, denounce or take legal action under Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15.
KPV responds to requests to withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing within 02 working days and carries them out within 15 days; viewing, correcting and providing data within 10 days; deleting data within 20 days.
